As per the Workers Compensation Act Section 115 (2)(e), labour supply firms have a responsibility to ensure that our associates are provided adequate information, instruction, and training on client sites by following up with the client and obtaining the relevant training and orientation records. To comply with COR program requirements and WCB Regulations, Rhino associates must have a formal orientation at each of the hiring contractors’ job sites. The orientation should verify the supervisor that day, include a review of a documented list of safety items, and will require the Rhino associate to sign a statement of understanding and agreement to these requirements.
